Reception & Patient Liaison

I was delighted to join Prof Ashton and the team in August 2021, providing part-time patient liaison and administrative support. Prior to this, I have enjoyed over 20 years’ experience in management and leadership positions in the corporate sector, including 15 years within the medical and aesthetic industries, managing large medical conferences and anatomical dissection workshops.

Throughout this time, I established strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, and have tailored my skill set to ensure each client receives an exceptional and memorable experience at every touch point.

Engaging with patients is one of the many highlights of my role. It is a privilege to work with Prof Ashton and the team, and contribute towards each patient’s unique experience, offering support and personalised care.
